Our slotting machines are equipped with special CNC Control, Delta Brand, Taiwan. Our slotting machines are most suitable for production of our most of quality PVC well screens as per international standards like DIN 4925. This machine is very fast and easy to set up and operate.

The automatic pipe indexing for each row of slots will be performed by another high torque servo motor system.  The indexer is mounted on one end of the pipe.  Pipe to be slotted is clamped to the indexer shaft securely. You can adjust no of row settings just by entering data in CNC control system. You can set 1 to 8 rows of slots over the circumference of pipe.

The travel system that moves the slotting assembly will be run with a high torque servo motor system.  The servo motor will accurately position and move the slotting assembly for each segment of slots. You can set travel by entering data into CNC screen. The space between two slots is set by spacer provided between two cutting wheels.

Vacuum system provided collects dust from blades and also help in cooling down blades.
Both corrugated and plain wall pipes made from PVC / PP / HDPE can be slotted with one machine, just by changing blades and clamping tools.

1. Model SYB 63 SM: For pipes sizes ½” to 2” or 25mm to 63mm
2. Model SYB 200 SM: For pipes sizes 2”to 8” or 63mm to 200mm
3. Model SYB 500 SM: For pipes sizes 6”to 16” or 160mm to 400mm
4. Model SYB 800 SM: For pipes sizes 16”to 32” or 400mm to 800mm
