CNC Threading Machine

Our threading machines are equipped with special CNC Control, Delta Brand, Taiwan. Both X- Axis and Y-Axis movements are controlled by servo system. The sophisticated CNC control enable machine to produce any type of threads.

Machine can be setup with different thread pitches. The thread ratios are easily entered through CNC screen. No gears, chains or lead screws to adjust. It is all electronically linked from spindle to actuator. Changing between pipe sizes is much simpler on this machine. First change pipe holding clamps and thread cutter if going from ID to OD. From there you will select the appropriate program stored in CNC System.

This machine has proven to be extremely dependable and trouble free. This system can be compared to a scaled down version of a CNC lathe but with more simplicity and ease of operation.

• Model SYB 800 TM: For pipes sizes 16”to 32” or 400mm to 800mm
